Senior Associate Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate – Data Science with 6–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, advanced Python concepts, and machine learning, with hands-on experience in data wrangling and building scalable models. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks and deployment practices is essential. Exposure to business intelligence tools and cloud platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and analytical solutions.
• Perform data wrangling and preprocessing on structured and unstructured datasets using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Implement advanced Python techniques for automation and performance optimization.
• Build and evaluate models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Document workflows, models, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in ML, AI, and Python ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced concepts (object-oriented programming, performance optimization).
• Expertise in data wrangling and manipulation using Pandas, NumPy.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Experience with LangChain for LLM-based applications.
