QA Automation Engineer - Manager

Job Title

Understanding of business requirements, applications and its components.

Analyzing business requirements in order to determine the test strategy covered by automation testing

Ability to create test automation framework from scratch

Developing new test scripts and maintenance of existing test scripts

Execution of regression test suites, analyzing test results and providing quick feedback to dev team

Creating test plan and writing robust manual test cases with good coverage

Design a performance test plan and strategy

Develop performance test scripts and scenarios

Configure and manage the performance test environment

Identifying testing parameters, prepare and load test data

Execute performance tests and analyze test results

Core/Must have skills:

• Experience in UI test automation – Selenium experience is must
• Experience in performance test automation – JMeter
• Good in core Java concepts and writing SQL queries
• Hands on experience with these test automation frameworks: Junit, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in using code repository tools Git/Bitbucket/Source Tree

Good to have skills:

• Experience in working with putty tool and Linux commands
• Experience using JIRA Dashboards
• Banking domain knowledge
