Role Summary & Description
Support definition, execution, and maintenance of IT Asset Management processes across the asset lifecycle
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and handbooks supporting ITAM operations
Coordinate with technology, asset owners, and process stakeholders to ensure consistent process adoption
Perform process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
Track process issues, findings, and remediation actions through to closure
Support implementation and ongoing execution of ITAM policies, standards, and operating procedures
Support audit, risk, and regulatory activities by documenting processes, controls, and evidence
Identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
Work with the Platform Team to ensure understanding of the business and test requirements and to develop release estimates
Translate the technical solutions to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions and delivered capabilities
Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement; integrate ITAM practices with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes (request fulfillment, incident linkage, and change/MACD) where relevant
Core/Must have skills
3-5 years of experience in the specific role
Strong documentation skills and experience defining, documenting, and implementing process frameworks (standards, SOPs, controls, SLAs/KPIs) and driving adoption
Understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, databases, networks, cloud services)
Experience with an ITSM/ITAM tool and asset repository/CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow) including data quality management and reporting
Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making and analytical reporting
Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and controls (request/fulfillment, change/MACD, incident linkage, audit readiness)
Good to have skills
Relevant certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or ITIL Foundation
Experience with IT asset lifecycle operations or similar end-to-end operational processes (procurement, receiving/tagging, deployment/fulfillment, inventory control, refresh planning, and secure decommissioning/disposal)

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
