Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist will be responsible for accurate payment for FX/MM transactions in a timely manner and local regulatory reporting. Operations Specialist will communicate with counterparties, Sydney and Hong Kong Operations, and Seoul FX Dealers for payment process and information providing.

What you will be responsible for

Payment for FX/MM transactions & Collateral margin process

• Confirm with direct clients for new transactions and settlement
• Prepare RTGS report and input into the BOK Wire system.
• Monitoring KRW in/out cash movements and reconcile EOD balance at BOK.
• Prepare manual MT SWIFT for Fund Transfer and foreign ccy settlement
• Prepare the batch entries.
• Verify FX/MM transactions in system.
• Monitoring/Following up on outstanding confirmations/deal discrepancies
• Communicate with Sydney, Hong Kong Operations, and brokers to verify FX/MM transactions.
• Communicate with GIC and clients for collateral margin
• Perform the KSD processing for collateral margin
• Run Holdover reports and investigate for any unmatched

Reports

• Handle internal Crystal reports daily/monthly and investigate if any issue.
• Prepare direct clients reports
• Prepare FX related regulatory reports periodically.
• Keep records/files related to FX/MM transactions and reports in appropriate manner.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• General B.A degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships within location, region, division and across company.
• Ability to balance global, regional and location-specific priorities.
• Excellent MS skills (Excel/Word/Power Point) preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skill required.
