Assistant Vice President

Assistant Vice President needed for the Insurance Professional Services team. The Professional Services team is responsible for client conversions and onboarding State Street services related to client growth and new business. This role will lead both internal and client facing projects while collaborating with multiple teams within State Street. A viable candidate has project management experience in the financial industry and experience collaborating with clients. Additionally, candidates must be well-organized, utilize project management tools, and be able to work on multiple project deadlines.

What you will be responsible for:

As an Assistant Vice President in this role, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and deploy project management plans, tasks, and status reports.
  • Organize and conduct project status meetings, communicating status to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Identify and escalate project and operational issues in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain and establish project management standards and implement process improvements.
  • Collaboration with other State Street teams to meet project deliverables and requirements.
  • Lead the onboarding team to meet project deadlines.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
  • PC Skills – Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, etc.), Salesforce
  • Prior project management experience leading large scale client conversion and onboarding efforts in the financial industry.
  • Preferred experience in Insurance Accounting.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 Annual
