Client Service And Relationship Manager In Institutional Services

We are looking for an exceptional individual to become a Client Service and Relationship Manager in Institutional Services covering global custody business.

The team you will be joining is a part of Institutional Service Korea that provides global custody services to the local institutional clients. You will serve as the business contact for the various internal business and product team.

As Client Service and Relationship Manager you will:

1. Manage all aspects of the client service team operating
2. Ensure sufficient client support for all services and product offered
3. Review process/procedure to mitigate operational risk and create efficiency
4. Develop proper client service model to cater to client needs
5. Manage client's cash activity for Alternative Investment and in charge of various reporting
6. Visit existing clients on a regular basis to understand client's needs and build relationship with them
7. Assist in handling client/prospect visit follow-up works
8. Coordinate and assist in senior level executives visits to clients for relationship building
9. Coordinate the preparation of the response to RFPs by working with relevant internal parties
10. Responsible for annual and/or regular client review process with various internal business units (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operation)

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• Client service and relationship focus, understand client's business needs
• Client engagement with effective inquiry management and problem solving
• Manage various document maintenance on scope of service, procedure, deliverables

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• University Bachelor's degree qualification
• Seeking candidate with at least 7 years of industry experience with a custodian, asset management firm, broker/dealer, fund administrator
• Strong Global Custody, Operations, and asset servicing experience, especially cash activity handling
• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Effective problem solving
• Strong English & Korean language fluency
• Client's office onsite staff program: We are also looking for a candidate who can work at client's office (Jeonju-si) for certain period of time
