Asset Management /Investment Banking Background
Any experience in Client Reporting, priority of ESG Reporting Service, would be an advantage.
Knowledge of key ESG terminology and current international regulations such as the EU Taxonomy and SFDR
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 Years of experience
Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task Willingness to work in shifts
Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality of the service
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have.
