The role:
Do you have an electrical license? Do you have experience maintaining, testing and repairing electronic equipment? If so, then this might be the job for you! Join our team as an ITS support technician in Bend! In this role, you will repair and maintain a large inventory of varied technologies deployed along the roadside that reinforces ODOT's intelligent transportation system. Minimum qualifications:
Five years of experience maintaining, testing and repairing electronic equipment. Four of the five years must have been maintaining and repairing electronic control systems, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, or electronic data collection and management equipment; OR An associate's degree in electronics technology, electronics engineering, mechatronics, automation, robotics, or similar technical programs from an accredited college; AND three and a half years' experience maintaining, testing and repairing electronic control systems, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, or electronic data collection and management equipment.
