Summary of Duties
As a Family Time Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and schedule family visitation sessions, ensuring safety protocols and effective communication with all involved parties.
- Provide transportation for children and families to and from visits, keeping a safe and supportive environment during travel.
- Clearly explain visitation agreements and expectations to clients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and compliance.
- Supervise and support visits, address any concerns in real time, and document visit outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in risk and safety assessments, support prompt health and family evaluations, and contribute to case planning and change-focused interventions.
- Prepare court documentation, attend case-related meetings and conferences, and provide testimony in legal proceedings as needed.
- Maintain accurate case records and collaborate with service workers by offering feedback to support client progress and case review.
Minimum Qualifications
- One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting; OR
- An associate degree in any field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience taking initiative and independently managing tasks and recognizing the right time and method to seek support.
Working Conditions
- Work will be conducted in offices, participant's homes, and other community sites.
- Frequent travel is needed for transporting children and families, attending meetings and trainings, and conducting case related activities.
- Employee's work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm PT; hours may fluctuate based on service needs.
- Occasional, compensated overtime may be needed, including evening and weekend work.
- Should business needs arise, temporary lodging support may be needed, and could include evening, weekend, or overnight work.
- You may interact with individuals experiencing trauma or emotional distress. There may be times when individuals have difficulties with managing their emotional responses.
- You may meet situations requiring quick decision-making to ensure your safety or the safety of others.
- Activities include traversing stairs, moving on uneven terrain, and helping children (up to 50 pounds) in and out of car seats.

- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.
