Benefits to you:
- We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees, including mental health coverage.
- The hourly equivalent for this position is $26.82 - $41.61. OR the annual salary for this position is $55,788 - $86,544.

Location highlights:
Tillamook County Circuit Court, Oregon's 27th Judicial District, located in Tillamook. The city is on the coast between Pacific City and Rockaway Beach at the south end of Tillamook Bay. The court has 12 staff and two (2) judges. Tillamook County is full of beautiful views and places to explore from discovering all sorts of cheeses and ice cream at the Tillamook Creamery Visitor Center, seeing the county from ocean to bay on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, hiking through the coastal wetland and forests at Sitka Sedge State Park, to many, many more! Position highlights:
The Tillamook County Circuit Court is hiring a Customer Service Clerk (Court Operations Specialist).
In this role…
Most of your day will be in the courtroom swearing in witnesses, marking exhibits, coordinating actions of parties, managing video appearances, and performing real-time recording (FTR) of cases. Along with these duties, you will prepare and process court documents in accordance with the legal requirements and court procedures.
Other duties include assistance with the front counter and providing customer service to external parties. Answer questions and assist litigants, attorneys, and other customers using the court system. Receive and accept documents filed with the court and check for accuracy and completeness.
Most importantly, you will be working for Oregon's courts, which provides justice services to your community and helping to ensure people's cases are heard in a timely and impartial manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years of responsible administrative experience in a moderately complex office or business setting demonstrating the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position OR any combination of education and experience equivalent to four (4) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.

- Experience identifying, handling, and securing confidential information and materials.
- Legal background and courtroom experience preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per work week.
- Occasional after-hours or overtime work may be required.
- Frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
