Role Overview: As a Construction Business & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from various Construction Management Applications and completing research to develop principles and techniques for the Indiana Department of Transportation projects. Further, your research findings will help to develop reports, records, and evaluations relative to research projects that will be used in setting sectional, divisional, and departmental operational performance goals, and indexes (OPI), establishment of best business practices, creation of treatment schemas and development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting existing programs, changing departmental programs, and/or the development of new programs to support the needs of the construction department. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of construction inspection experience and working knowledge of applications such as SiteManager, AASHTOWare Project Construction, Contractor Performance Evaluation, Contractor Management Payroll System, Contractor Field Assistant, Electronic Constructability Review Forms, and Field Assistant.
Location: This position is located in Indianapolis Central Office.
Salary: This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $59,800.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.
