Review and organize project files to prepare them for scanning. Scan project files. Upload electronic files to the departments electronic filing system (DecDocs). Assist other division staff with preparing project files for release pursuant to Freedom of Information Law. Review project files as assigned and provide a summary of the work that has been completed. Note deficient submittals and/or work that was requested but not documented. Perform site inspections as assigned to verify land use restrictions, building use restrictions, engineering controls, institutional controls and groundwater use restrictions in accordance with the Department approved Site management Plan for the site.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or possession of a high school equivalency diploma or a USAFI GED certificate (high school level) OR a satisfactory combination of education and/or experience assisting in engineering or related work, at the rate of six months of experience for one year of high school. Preferred Quals: Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.

This is a seasonal, hourly appointment with an anticipated end date of 3/31/2026. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Must have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Use of personal protection equipment, including a respirator, will be required. Travel may be required. Must complete an annual Health and Safety Program including medical monitoring, fit testing, and 40 (or 8) hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification. Telecommuting may be available, will be discussed at interview.
