Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team! If you want to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment with the opportunity to directly influence the development of relationships with major companies, this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, attracting new accounts and strengthening existing relationships
  • Identify and analyze the complex needs of clients, proposing customized solutions in the telecommunications and technology field
  • Actively participate in tenders, negotiations, and the closing of major commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions and ensure top-notch customer experience
  • Monitor account performance indicators, including retention and upsell, to contribute to the growth of recurring revenues
  • Participate in networking events and conferences, continuously developing the client portfolio and company brand

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify hidden opportunities and transform technical needs into business solutions
  • Higher education in economics, management, or telecommunications
  • Driving license, category B
