Service Operations Manager

The Service Operations Manager must have the ability to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation, technician leadership, service sales and coordination.

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.

At least five (5) years' experience working with mechanical and/or control systems.

Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.

Additional skills preferred but not required

Three (3) years' supervisory experience.

Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.
