StarCompliance is seeking a highly skilled, critical-thinking Application Support Engineer to join our growing CSS Environments Team. In this lead analyst role, you'll provide technical expertise for Level 2 application support while driving operational excellence through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our application and cloud environments.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications using your extensive knowledge of cloud environments and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class client experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and previous experience of web application support using Microsoft technologies (IIS/MSSQL) and a proven track record of successfully operating within technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Environments are an integral function within StarCompliance and work directly with Client Support Services, Professional Services, Product, Relationship Management and Sales. Technical knowledge is paramount for this position alongside deep critical thinking and an ability to methodically assess, direct or resolve issues which may not have been encountered previously. Successful candidates will need to be passionate about the StarCompliance brand identity and understand the solutions that the company provides.
