The Account Consultant (AC) is charged with providing holistic Print & Promo sales service to customers. The AC will respond to referrals from multiple sales channels and respond to new business opportunities with a sense of urgency and with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities. The AC will manage a portfolio of customers that is aligned to an outside sales territory or alternate sales channel. Periodically, the AC may transition high value/high potential customers to AM's or SAM's in order to drive overall customer productivity. Likewise, the AC will help transition moderate spenders from the outside sales channel and assume day-to-day management of those accounts in order to maintain continuity for our customers.
