Your Opportunity Stantec Water is seeking a Senior Wastewater Treatment Engineer to join our growing practice in Hawaii. In this consulting engineering role, you will lead talented multi-discipline teams to tackle a complex array of planning, design and construction projects for municipal wastewater systems including process engineering, treatment facilities planning and design, and related infrastructure. You will need to be self-directed, capable of leading and supervising diverse teams, and eager to mentor staff. You should demonstrate an enthusiasm for the water industry and Stantec's water treatment practice. You will participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle – getting to know our clients and their needs, partnering with business development personnel to develop technical proposals, delivering successful projects, and maintaining contact with clients after projects are complete. Although this position will be focused on delivering work in the state of Hawaii, there will be opportunities to work throughout North America.

**Pay Range:** Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $161,500.00 - Max Salary $250,500.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
