Stantec is seeking a transportation Structural Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design of new transportation structures such as highway, transit, and rail bridges. Experience with inspection and rehabilitation of existing structures is a plus. The successful candidate will be required to assist senior engineers in performing analysis, developing designs, contract drawings, and specifications for various infrastructure and transportation related projects. Possible locations in California include Roseville, Fresno, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Los Angeles. This role is full-time, though part-time will be considered as well.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree highly desired. 10 years’ experience in the structural design for bridges and infrastructure with CalTrans experience. High speed rail experience preferred. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
