Provide technical expertise in specialist areas of process engineering in particular water treatment. Provide national technical leadership on projects in terms of developing and managing people and tasks, managing project budgets, scope and risk. Develop and foster the ANZ connections with our Global Practice Leaders. Identify, develop, and mentor technical staff. Contribute to business development activities through development of client relationships and business opportunities. Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities, including preparing proposal material as required. Work with the client and key stakeholders during the development of technical solutions and presenting technical outcomes to the client and stakeholders. Responsible for delivering outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets and ensuring they are endorsed by the client. Assist with application of standards, maintaining and improving design innovation and best practice, whilst managing technical or commercial risk.
