Your Opportunity We are seeking an Intermediate Coastal Engineer to join our Dartmouth office, with consideration for other Atlantic Canadian locations. You will be part of the Water Resources Technical Team within Stantec's Water Business Line.
As an Intermediate Coastal Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of hydrotechnical, hydrologic, and hydraulic projects within a dynamic design team. You will report directly to a Project Manager or Team Lead.

Education and Experience
- Graduate degree in Engineering with a focus on hydrodynamics, water resources, or hydrology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or regulatory environments
- Regular use of hydrodynamic modeling tools
- Professional registration with APGNS or Engineers NS (or equivalent provincial entity) or eligibility to obtain P.Eng. or P.Geo.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather
