Job Description
The position is based at our office in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Reporting to the Director of Operations (BCOL), you will be part of the management team of Environmental Services. You will use your leadership skills to guide and develop a highly competent and motivated team, while ensuring that projects meet and exceed our client's expectations. Your Main Responsibilities
In addition to managing geo-environmental projects, you will have the following responsibilities as a team lead:

Your Background
Experience of at least 15 years in a field related to climate change. Knowledge of climate change challenges in Canada. Willingness to travel in Canada and abroad. Strong communication (written/verbal) in French and English, strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, planning, economics, or a related discipline. Good knowledge of tools and standards related to risk assessment, analysis, and management. Knowledge of best practices in adaptation measures and their implementation. Experience in facilitating meetings with diverse participants. Strategic thinking, negotiation, analysis, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
