Our Chandler, AZ, office is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our multi-disciplinary team of water professionals, each committed to delivering sound and strategic consulting services to a range of clients. As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will work in a supportive team environment and have exposure to the electrical aspect of water infrastructure design projects that include water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. You may also be involved in planning, design, and construction of critical infrastructure projects, including new pump stations and rehabilitation and upgrades of existing water and wastewater treatment plants.
Collaborate with local and virtual project teams and senior project staff to produce high quality work products for our water and wastewater clients under the supervision of a professional engineer. As such, tasks may include performing engineering calculations, preparing detailed design drawings and specifications, preparing planning and technical engineering reports, and designing electrical infrastructure for pump stations and water and wastewater treatment plants.
Currently enrolled in college/university and/or on summer break between semesters. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within the team. Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed. Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus. Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D a plus.

**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
