Contract Writer Position

Are you an experienced contract writer with knowledge of RAW-systematiek and UAV with a passion for infrastructure projects? We are looking for you! Within our growing Infra-team, we are looking for a professional who independently prepares RAW-estimates, manages contract documents, and contributes to the quality improvement of our work preparation. Together with the project leader(s), you will be the final station where all research, advice, and designs come together in one integral contract for the civil market.

What will you do?

• Prepare RAW-estimates and contract documents for infrastructure projects.
• Translate research, design, and technical input into clear and executable contract documents.
• Prepare various types of estimates, such as operational, cost, and director estimates.
• Work together with designers, project leaders, and external partners.
• Advise on contract forms and procurement strategies.
• Identify risks and advise on management measures.
• Contribute to knowledge development within the team in the field of contract writing.
• Work on projects such as reconstructions of residential areas, the outdoor space in new building projects, and urban sewer renovations.

Qualifications: What do you bring?

• HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with RAW-systematiek and UAV(-GC) contracts.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years (relevant) work experience with infrastructure projects and preferably also experience with drafting work (AutoCAD and Civil3D).
• Experience with estimate software (such as Bakker & Spees or Ibis software).
• Preferably knowledge and experience of civil construction costs and experience with Standard Systematiek Kostenramingen (SSK).
• Accuracy, analytical ability, and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
