Contract Writer Position

Are you an experienced contract writer with knowledge of RAW systems and UAV with a passion for infrastructure projects? We are looking for you! Within our growing Infra team, we are looking for a professional to independently prepare RAW breakdowns, manage contract documents, and contribute to the quality improvement of our work preparation. Together with the project leader(s), you are the final station where all research, advice, and designs come together in one integral contract for the civil market. What will you do? - Prepare RAW breakdowns and contract documents for infrastructure projects. - Translate research, design, and technical input into clear and executable contract documents. - Prepare various types of estimates, such as operational, cost, and director estimates. - Collaborate with designers, project leaders, and external partners. - Advise on contract forms and procurement strategies. - Identify risks and advise on management measures. - Contribute to knowledge development within the team in the field of contract writing. - Work on projects such as reconstructions of residential areas, the outdoor area of new building projects, and urban sewer renovations.

Qualifications: What do you bring? - Higher professional education/university degree work and thinking level, preferably in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience with RAW systems and UAV(-GC) contracts. - Minimum 2 to 3 years (relevant) work experience with infrastructure projects and preferably also experience with drafting (AutoCAD and Civil3D). - Experience with breakdown software (such as Bakker & Spees or Ibis software). - Preferably knowledge and experience of civil construction costs and experience with Standard Systematic Cost Estimates (SSK) - Accuracy, analytical ability, and a proactive attitude. - Good communication skills and team spirit.
