Our Community Development team is seeking a Senior Principal / Principal Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of iconic infrastructure and land development projects across Melbourne and Geelong regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong local connections and a passion for delivering projects that positively impact the local community.
As a leader within Community Development, you will be a key contributor to the success of our projects. You'll represent the company externally, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while providing clear direction and support to project teams to ensure quality outcomes, financial performance, and team morale.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Victorian projects, including land development, subdivisions, commercial buildings, and public infrastructure - all contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the region.
