Responsibilities:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the good execution of the BLACK+DECKER brand strategy for the small home appliance category with our distributors, through national campaigns.

  • Design and pilot operations dedicated to our target distributors, to strengthen the brand's presence in the point of sale.
  • Develop and execute the annual promotional plan, in coordination with the commercial and marketing teams.
  • Develop innovative sell-in and sell-out campaigns to stimulate sales growth and customer and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of operations, and propose optimizations to maximize their impact.

Profile:

  • Graduated from a higher business school, Master 2 in Marketing / Communication
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (internship, apprenticeship or permanent contract), ideally in the B2B or industrial sector
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Good analytical capacity
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of content management tools and digital platforms
  • Sense of creativity and innovation
  • Mastery of English required
