The Job: As a Sr. Maintenance Engineer, you'll be part of our SEF team working as an onsite employee.

You'll get to:

LAW-BASED JOBS: RPE

  • Develop and implement efficient energy usage plans to improve energy efficiency and conservation.
  • Analyze energy consumption data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Handle energy audit and management review
  • Prepare reports on energy usage and environmental impact.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on efficient energy usage.

Compliance with laws and standards:

  • Ensure the organization complies with energy-related laws and regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and reports in accordance with energy compliance requirements
  • Monitor and report energy impacts associated with utility systems
  • Support and comply with energy laws and other relevant regulations related to energy use and utility system operations.

FACILITY & UTILITY MANAGEMENT JOBS

Preventive maintenance and managing breakdown:

  • Develop a detailed schedule for regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Create a rapid response protocol for emergency repairs
  • Maintain an inventory of essential spare parts and tools
  • Conduct routine checks to identify potential issues and analyze system performance
  • Use diagnostic tools and techniques to analyze system performance.
  • Lead facility and utility improvement

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of utility and facility maintenance activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

The Person:

  • Engineering in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, energy,
  • or relevant field
  • At least 3 years' experience in Facility & Utility Maintenance in a factory
  • Must obtain certificate of Responsible Person of Energy (RPE) is preferable.
  • Competence in energy and environmental laws
  • Favorable skills of planning, analyzing, and coordinating
  • Computer literacy
