National Key Account Manager

As a National Key Account Manager in our Professional Channel, you will develop and execute sales strategies for our iconic brands within a key national account, driving sales and profit budgets in line with company objectives. You'll own the sales budget for your channel, optimise market share and build strong customer relationships.

Your core duties will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales, margin, and volume targets.
  • Expanding customer category accounts and sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with key account customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Leading sales forecasting, demand planning, and financial management for your channel.
  • Planning and executing trade promotions, new product launches, and category reviews.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales, margin, and volume progress against targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

About You:

You also will have:

  • Previous experience in a Key Account Management role.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing/Product, Customer Service or Supply environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow business with existing and new customers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and category management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
