Sales Manager - Italian Market

Job Title

Responsible for getter ion pump, absorber-pump reverse operation, and support for development, market promotion, technical handling of customer complaints, standardization, and staff training. Assist R&D and coordinate with related departments for new product development and new technologies.

Position Overview Based on the company's development strategy, market demand, and available resources, formulate product development plans and key objectives.

Conduct feasibility studies and obtain approvals for new product projects. Participate in the evaluation and review of product development outcomes. Collect, organize, and analyze industry information; monitor industry market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain standards for reverse engineering of competing products and for analysis of customer-complaint products; propose improvement recommendations for complaints and supervise implementation. Propose improvements to internal production processes and technologies, and supervise their implementation. Support the sales team in market development and order management, providing technical assistance as needed. Assist the Sales and Quality departments in handling customer audits. Translate sales-provided order information, conduct internal order reviews, develop relevant production processes, and establish/maintain corresponding standards. Deliver technical application training to internal staff. Develop customers based on local Italian resources and assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships. Serve as the department's external liaison and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by supervisors.
