The Senior Clinical Data Analyst – Radiology plays a key role in transforming imaging data into actionable insights that improve patient care, streamline operations, and guide long-term strategy. You will translate complex clinical data into interactive Tableau dashboards using Databricks SQL to enable leadership to make data-driven decisions. In addition, you'll extract and validate data from EPIC and radiology systems, ensure accuracy and reliability, and summarize findings to department leadership. The Sr Clinical Data Analyst-Radiology writes advanced reports and performs advanced analysis of a wide range of clinical data. Summarizes data and provides information to department manager or department as requested. Works directly with department in the identification of report requirements and analysis requests of a defined scope. Monitors data for integrity and reliability of result. This position will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the minimal guidance of senior members of the team. The Clinical Data Analyst-Radiology has a comprehensive understanding of clinical data and health system operations. This is a new role and requires the employee in this role to be flexible and be able to adapt as the organization and department grows.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $55.85 - $74.00 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
