The Research Technical Manager 1 – User Support oversees daily operations in a shared nanofabrication environment, managing staff and user services to ensure safe and reliable access to advanced tools. This position provides technical leadership and training, coordinates cross-departmental projects, and serves as the first point of escalation for operational issues. The RTM 1 evaluates emerging technologies, recommends improvements to service operations, and implements best practices in alignment with University policies. Working closely with faculty, students, and external partners, this role ensures that facility operations support cutting-edge research and long-term institutional goals.

The expected pay range for this position is $159,889.00 to $182,869.00 per annum.
