The Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) is seeking a Student Services Specialist, who will support the administration of study away programs, working especially close with BOSP Global Seminars. The person in this role will gain comprehensive understanding of the entire administrative lifespan of a customized faculty-led program and its stakeholders, while working mainly on student-related functions. The Student Services Specialist will also provide operational support for broader functions within BOSP, including assisting with the planning and scheduling of office events, assisting with communications processes, compiling student application materials, and helping with curricular planning and registration systems maintenance.
The Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) offers Stanford undergraduates the opportunity to study abroad while remaining enrolled at Stanford and is considered an integral part of the Stanford curriculum. The demographic breakdown of BOSP participants closely mirrors that of the entire Stanford population. Approximately 50 percent of each graduating class studies abroad on a BOSP program during their undergraduate career at Stanford.

The expected pay range for this position is $34.36-$40.29 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
