To provide subject matter expertise and specialist knowledge in the implementation of a Technology Service Resilience framework, standards, practices, and processes for Group Technology or Business Unit and/or all countries. To embed IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) to ensure that IT services can continue to operate or be quickly restored in the event of a disruption or disaster. Guide and influence teams on the appropriate standards, practices and processors.
Education: A Degree in Business Commerce or Risk Management.
