Support the process of addressing business challenges through clear articulation of business process problems and proposing innovative solutions to the challenges. Support in continual improvement to ensure efficient and effective functioning and high level of service within assigned portfolios.
Business management or commercial degree. Applicable certifications are an added advantage.
Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector.
Experience in researching and analyzing processes. Practical knowledge of how to input, access and utilize information to analyze forecast trends.
Experience in identification and resolution of process bottlenecks.
Relationship building and management.
Comprehensive understanding of banking transaction processes relevant to products and services offered to customer.
Working knowledge and principles of capacity management in terms of resource options, availability and costs. Knowledge of cost management principles and practices.
