To recruit, develop, and mentor entry-level Financial Advisers (FAs) within the IAM Business Unit. Build high-caliber, new-to-industry advisers equipped to execute sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive IAM revenue growth. Guide FAs through a two-year training programme in the Sales Academy to ensure FAIS compliance and their successful transition into Liberty Agency Financial Advisers.
Type of Qualification: Advanced Diploma Field of Study: Business Commerce Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative Experience Required: Sales & Distribution 3-4 years Proven experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Asset Management, with a strong track record in sales, sales leadership, or coaching/mentoring roles. Specific experience working with entry-level or new-to-industry Financial Advisers is highly advantageous.
