To lead the delivery of all Operational Excellence initiatives & strategic programmes, optimisation, automation, Robotic Desktop Automation(RDA) & Intelligent Automation in the respective areas aligned with the Intelligent Process Automation COE. To lead the relevant business enablement practices, processes & systems to enable customer value add through effective & efficient service delivery across client segments, contributing towards maximising service revenue and optimising operating profit.

More than 10 years: The role requires a seasoned, holistic innovative leader who is customer focused with proven automation capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, gained from a track record of 10 years or more. Experience in leading business enablement practices, processes and systems to enable customer value add for the business. Financial services experience would be essential.
