- Develop video pipelines to stream data from cameras to local and cloud applications
- Write high-performance, compiled software to process and deliver data to production systems and ML teams
- Collaborate with cloud platform teams to design, develop, debug, and support scalable data platforms and internal services
- Work with application teams to design, develop, debug, and support new use-cases for video ingestion, retrieval, and manipulation
- Utilize tech stack including Rust, gstreamer, GCP/GCS, Docker/Kubernetes, opentelemetry/grafana
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software developer proficient in compiled system languages like Rust, C++, or Go, with a focus on code optimization and efficient resource usage
- Skilled in building video streaming pipelines and familiar with the challenges involved in video processing
- Comfortable working with cloud environments, containerization frameworks, and continuous integration platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment and values flexibility in work habits and schedules
