About The Role

A member of the IT Enterprise Services team, with strong technical understanding of tools and techniques used to monitor the health and well-being of our growing IT infrastructure. This position will administer, maintain, and optimize the monitoring tools and systems that ensure the reliability and performance of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Administering and maintaining monitoring tools and systems
• Optimizing the monitoring infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborating with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Developing and implementing monitoring strategies to proactively identify and address potential problems

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of IT monitoring tools and techniques
• Experience in administering and optimizing monitoring systems
