The ServiceNow ITSM Technical Business Analyst (BA) is the critical link between the business stakeholders and the technical team. This role will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into technical requirements for the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM and experience working with business analysts and technical teams.
