✨ About The Role
- Lead the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests for the Software Management SaaS product
- Drive quality and focus on customer success by ensuring high-quality software meets requirements
- Develop and maintain automated integration and system testing frameworks
- Create automated test strategies for complex systems and oversee the delivery of test documents
- Participate in various testing types including Micro Service/API testing, Functional, GUI, Regression, Performance, Security, Ad-hoc, System, End-end, and integration testing
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Quality Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of automated testing experience in web applications or data processing environments
- Proficient in creating high-level test plans, detailed test cases, and unit test automation
- Skilled in SQL, automation concepts, Ruby on Rails applications, Javascript, and other scripting languages
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and customer success
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control
