Marketing Automation Specialist

You love it when processes run smoothly, tools interlock, and leads land at the right time in the right place? Then we are looking for exactly you!

Your Mission

• You are responsible for our marketing automation in HubSpot: from workflows to emails to lead nurturing routes
• You ensure that HubSpot and Salesforce interlock like cogs – cleanly, efficiently, and data-driven
• You maintain and develop our website (Wordpress) in close coordination with content and design
• You bring structure to our lead processes, support campaigns technically, and make sure no opportunity is lost
• You analyze data, build dashboards, and derive smart decisions from them

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of solid experience in B2B marketing, preferably in start-up and scale-up environment
• Very good knowledge in HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and demonstrable experience in its operational use
• Good knowledge in Salesforce and understanding of CRM structures and lead management
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking & enjoyment of clear processes
• You think in solutions, optimize and like to work closely with sales
