Your Mission

  • Partner Acquisition and Management: Building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners such as installers, system integrators, and energy suppliers.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Implementing and evolving our B2B sales strategy in the field of battery storage systems.
  • Consulting and Presentation: Conducting product presentations and technical training for partners and customers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the energy storage sector.
  • Offer Creation and Contract Negotiations: Developing offers, drafting contracts, and supporting until successful contract completion.
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with technical, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure optimal support for our partners.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in the field of renewable energy, energy systems, or technical B2B business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest or knowledge in energy storage, renewable energy, or sustainable technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally to other European countries.
  • Language Skills: German and English language skills are advantageous.
  • IT Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems and common office applications.
