This position performs a vital role in ensuring the fulfillment of the Culinary Services Department's Mission: "To make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day through exceptional customer service and outstanding food". Responsible for taking room service menu selections based on the prescribed diet order and updating diet information in appropriate computer systems. Prepares, assembles, and delivers food trays and performs other related duties to achieve departmental goals. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 1 pm – 9:30 pm, and either Friday or Monday, 5 pm – 9:30 pm
