Guest Services Associate
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for families and guests at Domino's Village. Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and assisting guests, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, providing directions, and offering local recommendations. As the first point of contact, this role requires exceptional customer service skills, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests within the assigned area.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned workspaces.
- Support daily operations related to house management, volunteer services, front desk, and guest service requests.
- Assist Security in managing visitor access by signing in/out visitors, volunteers, and vendors.
- Monitor and maintain supplies and inventory in assigned areas.
- Document and report information as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
- Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
Minimum Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- One year of experience in a service-oriented, customer-focused environment preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands, speak, and hear.
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Requires visual abilities, including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- The work environment is typically quiet.
- Must move throughout the workspace, including accessing equipment at various heights.
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.

Compensation:
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.00 - $30.00 per hour for the role of Guest Services Representative - Domino's Village.
