Job Highlights:

Schedule: 7am – 3:30pm or 7:30am – 4pm, Monday thru Friday

Location: Onsite at 12800 Corporate Hill Drive St Louis MO 63131

Qualifications:

• EPIC experience or EPIC revenue cycle experience.
• Microsoft experience (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Insurance EOB knowledge and Healthcare collection experience
• High organizational skills. Banking deposit knowledge.

Job Summary:

Provides clerical support to the revenue cycle accounts receivable department.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures claim print jobs are run daily and mailed with medical records attached.
• Maintains paper supplies in office printer and report any issues to the help desk.
• Opens and sorts mail. Monitors faxes on-site and in Outlook.
• Scans, edits, and ensures quality of correspondence in OnBase.
• Coordinates with other departments on special projects.
• Processes sensitive and critical documentation including payments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

EXPERIENCE:

• No experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
