About the Position

As Inside Sales within the Protection business, you will be responsible for handling customer communication, quotations, order management, and coordination across internal functions such as production planning, logistics, and supply chain. You will be an important point of contact for customers and ensure that they receive timely, accurate, and professional service. Your work will directly support our commercial growth and our ambition to deliver best in class customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely quotations.
  • Process customer orders and secure correct documentation throughout the order-to-cash flow.
  • Act as daily point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and solution oriented communication.
  • Collaborate with logistics, production planning, finance, and technical specialists to secure high delivery performance.
  • Update customer data and market information in relevant systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support account managers in commercial activities, follow ups, and reporting.

About You

  • Experience from customer service, inside sales, order management, logistics or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and a service minded, structured working style.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of industrial/technical products is a plus but not required.
