About the Position

In this role, you will provide direct day-to-day support to the customer and internal teams. You will assist with increasing SSAB's market share in the region by servicing existing and new prospective customers. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for the Saudi Arabia region and its growth, by maintaining professional yet personalized customer experience. This role is based on-site in the office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration of the office works.
  • Support the regional sales manager by providing them the necessary information and communication between customers and site and if needed with mill.
  • Planning, replenishment and controlling of the stocks, handling the documentations between mill and customs agencies and customers and communications between them.
  • Follow up the order status and update the customers once needed.
  • Arranging the necessary logistics operations from site to customers.
  • Month end reporting including achievement reports, consumption sheet and cost analysis.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience performing sales (inside or outside).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Extremely organized, excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines.
  • Strong attention to details, analytical skills, exceptional judgment, dependable, excellent teamwork skills, good time management skills, creative, problem-solving, hardworking & persistent, professional competence, proactive.

In Middle East market we are changing the market understanding with the lighter, stronger and sustainable steels coming from our mother company, SSAB. Our aim is to upgrade the customers from the commercials steels to the higher grade steels in several applications and in Special steels we do this with our well known wear resistant steel Hardox® and the structural steel Strenx® and Chromium Carbide Overlay plate Duroxite to reduce their costs and increase their competitiveness in the market. In my team I am looking for a new colleague who will be supporting our sales team from office. This person should be enthusiastic, eager to hard work, self-motivated and acts as a team player in our winning organization with good character. This role will be in our value added division meaning that we will be in after sales market for repair and maintenance works and offer the ready to assemble parts and cut plates to the customers. You will be located in our Dammam service center and mostly work from the office but if needed short trips will be needed inside of the country and out of the country rarely.
