We are seeking a Global ERP Operations Specialists – SigmaTEK to join our newly established team ERP Operations Management Organization – Subsidiaries Special Steels. In this global role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing the use of the production system SigmaTEK across our international subsidiaries. Your primary mission will be to ensure standardized, efficient, and business-aligned production processes across all regions.

You will be responsible for driving the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of SigmaNest & SigmaMRP —including system maintenance, training efforts, and end-user support. You will also contribute to global rollouts and system enhancements, ensuring SigmaNest & SigmaMRP effectively supports our production operations worldwide.

Main Responsibilities

1. Act as a global key user and support expert for SigmaNest & SigmaMRP across all regions.
2. Serve as the global point of contact for SigmaNest & SigmaMRP related topics across departments (e.g., Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance).
3. Provide daily operational support, troubleshoot SigmaNest & SigmaMRP related issues, and coordinate with IT where necessary.
4. Conduct end-user and local Key User training, ensure consistent practices, and create clear user documentation and guides.
5. Facilitate the Global Special Steels SigmaTEK Key User network.
6. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and optimize business processes within SigmaNest & SigmaMRP.
7. Maintain user manuals and process documentation.
8. Support the global usage of SigmaNest & SigmaMRP, ensuring consistent and efficient production system processes across regions.
9. Contribute to SigmaNest & SigmaMRP rollouts, upgrades, and functional enhancements.
10. Work cross-functionally and across regions to ensure seamless system operations and alignment.

About You

• Experience working with SigmaNest & SigmaMRP or another production/ERP system.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of core business processes (e.g., production, supply chain, sales, or finance).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead training sessions, support users, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
