As Export Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing profitable customer relationships and growing export sales in line with Ruukki's strategy. You work closely with customers and internal teams, acting as a trusted partner from first inquiry to delivery. You are part of a small Exports team in Business Unit Building Envelopes and work in an international sales environment. You will be located in Estonia in any of our offices in Tallinn, Pärnu, Tartu or Jõhvi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing customer relationships: inquiries, pricing, offers, orders, and receivables/debt prevention
• Develop new customer relationships in export markets
• Maintain customer data and activities in CRM and sales tools (C4C, Penny)
• Prepare and manage offers in Penny and keep the opportunities pipeline up to date (Penny/C4C)
• Act as a Ruukki product expert and provide commercial and technical advice to customers
• Gather and share customer/market feedback, identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Relevant higher education (construction/technical field preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in construction materials sales or technical support/design
• Good understanding of the construction market and customer service experience
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to justify solutions with technical arguments
• Confident MS Office user
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel
