- Provide strategic guidance and insights on organizational change, including restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address personnel challenges and cultivate positive work relationships
- Ensure clear communication of policies to managers and employees, offering coaching and support
- Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives aimed at driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Proactively seek innovative solutions to streamline workflows and elevate HR service delivery
âš¡ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the Manufacturing and/or high-tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current QC employment regulations
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Skilled in HR analytics to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs for driving business results
